Maintain Your Job Network

Many years ago I was employed by a large public company in Minnesota. I had been with this employer for more than ten years, as had a lot of my co-workers. One day, we arrived at work and found that our company was in fact purchased by an out of state (Washington) employer. During the period of 1 year they began consolidating numerous positions back at their home office. A number of Minnesota employees were given the alternative of relocating from Minnesota to Washington keep their jobs.
